Inspector confession: we love love LOVE a nicely labeled panel!

A properly labeled panel makes it easier to identify circuits, improves safety during troubleshooting or emergencies, and helps homeowners, electricians, and future inspectors quickly understand the system. It’s one of those small details that makes a big difference!

As part of the inspection, we operate permanently installed appliances present at the home. This includes ovens, stoves, dishwashers, built-in microwaves, refrigerators, garbage disposals, and more. We’re looking at overall condition and reporting visible defects that may be present!

It's nesting season! 🪺

Spring brings warmer weather, blooming landscapes... and birds looking for the perfect place to build a home.

Homeowner Tip: If a nest is active, leave it alone. Once abandoned, remove nesting materials and inspect the area for damage or openings that could invite future visitors.
