8 years ago today I had my first real estate closing 🥹 I was butchering every job interview I got, but I loved watching HGTV and thought "well that would be fun". If it weren't for my persistence, I wouldn't have lasted this long, because it turned out to be nothing like HGTV. 😂

It's a surprisingly intimate role, if it's done right. I consider it a significant honor when people trust me enough to share the sometimes private but really important details of what they need with me, because there's always more to it than "I need to buy/sell a house." 🙏

It's rare that a client doesn't turn into a friend. You've all helped me reach my goal of my business being entirely referral based, and I'm more than the regular thankful, because Ive knocked on a lot of doors and made a lot of cold calls, and that stuff sucks. 🤪

Today, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) finalized a rule to ban the inclusion of medical bills on credit reports used by lenders and prohibit lenders from using medical information in their lending decisions.
