Interesting mortgage news today...
received word from Chfa this morning that the Time to Own funds are now available starting today. Chfa has another $20 million in funding for this program which is great news! This gives first time buyers who qualify access to 100% financing and the 2nd mortgage which is the Time to Own portion is completely forgiven after 10 yrs of residency in the home.
