Student Loan – CHFA Smart Rate Pilot Interest Rate Reduction Program.

How this program works: If you have $15,000 or more active student loans you may be entitled to 1.125% rate discount for the life of your mortgage loan.

That's right, so for example: If the Current CHFA interest rate was 6.125%, then you may be qualified to get a 5% note rate.
