Another Modern Farmhouse is almost ready to head home. 🏡

This one is currently in our **final quality control process** before making its way to Travelers Rest, South Carolina.

Before a Sweet-Haus leaves our facility, our team works through the final details, including:

✅ Final inspections throughout the home
✅ Paint, stain and finish touch-ups
✅ Power on and electrical checks
✅ Plumbing system checks
✅ HVAC startup and testing
✅ Final cleaning
✅ Preparing the home for transport

This Modern Farmhouse keeps our classic layout and finishes, with a few great upgrades added for its new owners — including a **built-in bedroom desk, fireplace feature wall and porch heater**.

These final days may not be the most glamorous part of the build, but they’re an important part of making sure each home is ready for the journey ahead.

We shared a couple of reels of this home last month, and we’ve had a lot of people asking to see more. Now that we finally have the Wildflower staged and photographed, we’re excited to show you the finished home.
