It’s the end of an era here at SkyHouse South; today is the last day for 2 of our very best, Vivian & Marcus. Both have been integral members of our team for many years, providing outstanding service for our residents and our team! Our appreciation cannot be overstated - you are SkyRoyalty! They will be truly and sorely missed, but we wish them both the very best on their new adventures! You’ve both already conquered the Sky, now it’s time to shoot for the stars!

Today we show our appreciate for our Lead Concierge, Vivian! Vivian has been with SkyHouse South since February 2016 and quickly established herself as an absolutely invaluable member of our team. For many of our residents, she is the first face you’ve seen when leaving in the morning for the past 6 years! Sadly (for us), Vivian will be taking a position as a leasing at a sister community, so make sure you come say your goodbyes and let her know how much you appreciate all she has done for us over the years. She will be sorely missed, but we wish her the very best on her new adventure - we know she will excel in any endeavor. We’ll miss you, SkyQueen! 👑

Welcome to Summer in Midtown! As we prepare to enter the second half of 2022, momentum in the district remains strong, and our work continues as we update public spaces and deliver other improvements. We’re reaching out to share some highlights of our work to date in 2022.

New parklets on Spring Street, which will provide new seating between 8th Street and Peachtree Place are now in place, with finishing touches and furniture coming soon. We recently completed the refresh at Arts District Plaza at Peachtree and 15th and kicked it off with a Jazz Series throughout the month of May. And in the coming weeks, we will announce a fun launch party celebration event for the new Commercial Row Commons Plaza at Peachtree Street and Peachtree Place. Look for more events with music and arts this year in a variety of public spaces. And make sure to view the colorful new mural atop the AT&T Central Office building next to the Midtown MARTA station. It is one of the many shared wins between local artists and commercial property owners in our multi-faceted Heart of the Arts program. Watch for details in September about completing our Midtown Community Survey, which we conduct every three years. This survey is your opportunity to help Midtown Alliance prioritize millions of dollars of investment in projects and programs.
