Meet our team!

Wade Huff is a lifelong Chesterfield native and graduated from Matoaca High School.

He worked as a land surveyor before becoming a Home Remodeling Specialist for a couple years. Wade then moved into the trades for 2 years, working as the petroleum pipeline contractor. His work as a pipeline contactor led him to Kinder Morgan, a Petroleum Distribution plant for 6 years. Wade still had an interest home remodeling and that bloomed into real estate. He became a license Real Estate agent and joined River’s Edge Property Management in 2020. Wade thoroughly enjoys helping first time homebuyer to find the right home. He is eager to help with all your real estate needs.

Kim Dalton has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1989 and obtained her Brokers license in 1995.

Kim graduated from Radford University in 1991 with a BS in Industrial Psychology. In 2006, Kim moved to Chester with Tim, her husband, and their family. After moving to Chester, Kim worked as a licensed Senior Loan Officer for 8 years which provided her with in-depth knowledge of the mortgage loan qualification aspect of buying a home.

Over the years, Kim and Tim have purchased several properties, remodeling and flipping or keeping and Kim manages them as their personal rental property. It’s thru this that Kim learned the business side of owning and managing rental property. In 2011, knowing the property management business and a desire to serve her community, she started River’s Edge Property Management Inc. Kim’s 32 years of knowledge in real estate; as a real estate agent, a real estate broker and as a real estate property manager easily establishes her as your source for all your real estate needs.
