A little story about these amazing humans...
Someone from the gym reached out and mentioned they worked with someone whose husband was being transferred from Florida to NYC for work.
Talk about a big life change.
They were completely unfamiliar with New Jersey, so I took it upon myself to introduce them to all the areas that make this state so special. Having lived in NYC and all over NJ, I wanted to help them find not just a house, but a place that truly felt like home.
It wasn’t the easiest search. We explored different towns, weighed commute options, neighborhoods, lifestyle, and everything in between. After a few months of searching, they completely fell in love with West Orange and knew it was the one.
These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do. Sometimes clients become more than clients. You genuinely enjoy the conversations, the laughs, the texts, and being part of such an important chapter in their lives.
This is definitely one of those transactions where I’ll miss talking with them because they’re just that cool.

Shana DeAndrea's childhood on beautiful Lake Hopatcong in Sussex County instilled a profound appreciation for small-town values. Despite her humble beginnings, Shana's big dreams took her to the bright lights of New York City, where she danced with the prestigious New York City Ballet, because who doesn't love a good tutu?

Her passion then shifted to acting, gracing both stage and screen, while she simultaneously pursued a career in hairstyling, working with top-rated TV shows and films, as well as A-list clients. Shana's remarkable journey in the entertainment industry has been marked by her innate talent for building meaningful relationships.

With her infectious energy and genuine approach to life, she brings a unique perspective to everything she does. Her selflessness and dedication to putting others first have earned her a reputation as a true people person.
With over two decades of experience styling hair for clients across NYC, NJ and being in and out of their residences, Shana developed a fascination with homes …from architecture and design, style, and everything in between. This passion sparked in her childhood, only grew stronger with time.

After having her son Macai and becoming a single mother, Shana returned to her roots in Sussex County, where she reconnected with her high school sweetheart, Bryan who was also a single parent of 4 daughters.
Together, they share a love for homes and a commitment to serving their community as Bryan has an extensive experience in all necessary utility’s and expertise in water service. He’s probably worked in most of the homes in North and Central Jersey.
Shana and Bryan are dedicated to raising their five children, supporting their dreams, living on various sporting fields, and making a positive impact on the lives they come in contact with .

Through her experiences, Shana has gained a deep understanding of New Jersey life and remains convinced that two of life's greatest joys are the confidence that comes with a great hairstyle and the warmth of waking up in a home that truly feels like your own
