🚨 BUYING A HOUSE? HERE'S A MISTAKE I SEE ALL THE TIME…

People calculate their monthly mortgage payment and think:

“Yep, I can afford that!”

But your mortgage isn't the only expense.

You also need to think about:

🏡 Property taxes
🛡️ Homeowners insurance
🔧 Maintenance & repairs
💡 Utilities
🏘️ HOA fees, if applicable
💰 Closing costs

A house can be affordable on paper but still stretch your budget once everything is added up.

My advice? Don't shop based on the maximum a lender says you can borrow. Shop based on the payment YOU are comfortable making.
