All lined up like dominoes where either all or none closed.

And here’s the crazy part…

My boyfriend Shannon’s townhome became the final piece of the puzzle. What started as a joke actually became reality. So I sold his home “from underneath him” is what he told his friends 😂

Without his home selling, he would have been the last domino standing and the entire chain could have fallen apart.

Sorry babe… but thanks for taking one for the team! 🤣

While I wasn’t the agent for all four transactions, I became emotionally invested in seeing every family make it to the finish line. There were countless phone calls, problem solving sessions, sleepless nights, and more than a few moments when I found myself fighting back tears. I take this business too much to heart, but that’s because behind every contract is a person, a family, and a dream ❤️

Watching all four transactions successfully close and seeing Susan get the keys to her new home made every stressful moment worthwhile. 🏡🔑❤️

🎉🏡 Last Friday was closing Day at 8 W Liberty St, Ridgely, MD 21660! 🏡🎉

Today is extra special because my buyers officially went from renters to HOMEOWNERS! 🔑✨

I am so happy and excited for them as they begin this beautiful new chapter. There is just something so meaningful about watching someone receive the keys to a place they can truly call their own. No more renting, no more asking permission, no more paying someone else’s mortgage. This one is THEIRS! 🙌💖

Yesterday, on Memorial Day, I received one of the most thoughtful and unexpected acts of kindness. Big Earl’s Crab Shack called and gifted me a dozen extra large crabs and a pound of shrimp in honor of my son, A1C Dewayne Austin Stevens, who proudly served in the United States Air Force. ❤️🇺🇸

There are moments in life when simple acts of kindness mean more than words can ever express, and this was one of them. Knowing that these two beautiful ladies took a moment out of their busy holiday to remember my son and honor his service touched my heart deeply.

Memorial Day can be difficult for many families who carry loss alongside pride, and gestures like this remind me that kindness, compassion, and remembrance still exist in such beautiful ways within our community.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Big Earl’s Crab Shack for your generosity, thoughtfulness, and for helping keep Dewayne’s memory alive. It truly meant more than you know. 💖

Please continue to remember and honor all of the brave men and women who served and sacrificed for our country. 🇺🇸🙏

As a Gold Star mother, I carry the weight of sacrifice daily. My son, A1C Dewayne Austin Stevens, proudly served in the United States Air Force. He gave this world his strength, his service, and ultimately his life, and not a day passes that I don’t miss him with every single breath I take.

This Memorial Day weekend, my heart is with every family who knows the pain of loss in service to our country. I’m thinking of all the brave souls who gave all so that we may live in freedom. Their courage will never be forgotten.

Wishing everyone a peaceful and reflective Memorial Day weekend. May we honor, remember, and carry forward their legacy. 💙🤍❤️
