Benito's, Redwoods and PH Steakhouse are Chester's Saturday dinner moves.

Benito's Trattoria has been family run since 1992, tucked just behind Main Street. It's Northern Italian and BYOB: penne vodka, eggplant parmigiana and pollo marsala. That's the cottage in this photo.

Redwoods Grill & Bar turns 30 this year and cooks off a wood burning grill, with a fireplace inside. PH Steakhouse sits in the 1810 Publick House on Main Street, which is on the National Register.

The Alstede sisters just opened their own farm on Schooley's Mountain.

Two Sisters Farm sits at 26 Pleasant Grove Road in Long Valley. It's run by Rebekah Alstede Modery and Sarah J. Alstede, second generation farmers from the family behind Alstede Farms in Chester.

They opened September 19 on land once farmed by Liebenzell USA and home to the Emmaus Farm Community Garden. This fall it's pick your own pumpkins, with apples, c***r and fresh c***r doughnuts at the farm stand.

Admission and wagon rides are free, it's open Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and leashed dogs are welcome.

The oldest guide dog school in the world is in Morris County.

The Seeing Eye was founded on January 29, 1929, in Nashville by Dorothy Harrison Eustis and Morris Frank, shown here with his dog Buddy. It moved to Whippany in 1931, and in 1965 it laid the cornerstone for its 60-acre campus in Morris Township.

That's why you see dogs in harnesses practicing street crossings in downtown Morristown. The school runs a training center there, and it has made more than 18,000 matches since 1929.
