Okay, I’m back to the Real (Estate) world after being consumed by dance motherhood for the last week+. 🤭💜🩰😮‍💨

I ate up every single second of it - minus a few minutes to allow crash outs from me and each of my children. We are getting back into routine after days of exhaustion, sleep deprivation, adrenaline & excessive amounts of glitter.✨

I’m so excited to show you my BRAND NEW listing (going active today), excited to start virtual showings for an out of state buyer & I’m eager to meet with some new buyers & show some houses - I feel house shopping deprived!

Beyond grateful to be fully immersed in Motherhood. ♡

My whole world is and revolves around being a Mama and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Entering motherhood has opened my eyes to so many more things in life. It’s filled parts of me I never would have thought I needed. I’ve made more meaningful relationships, built confidence, gained so much strength & my heart has become more tender.

Mother’s Day is my second favorite holiday - next to Christmas… even more than my own birthday. I love celebrating and being celebrated for the greatest accomplishment in my whole life.

To the mamas - mamas of kiddos young & old, grandmothers, step mothers, adoptive mothers, foster mothers, single mothers, SAHM mothers, working mothers, first time mothers, mothers of multiples, expecting mothers, ones longing to be mothers someday, mothers of angels, Mr. mothers, even those who may be missing their mothers. May you feel extra loved & celebrated this weekend (and everyday).

Earth Day hits different when you realize… homeownership isn’t just about a house, it’s about having your own little piece of this world to care for, grow in, and make memories on 🌎🌱

Here’s our slice of earth. Back in 2018, a little baby REALTOR (just 1 year under my belt), newly engaged, living on a prayer, purchasing our first piece of earth. Flash forward to 8 years later with our family of 4 breaking ground on our forever home.

CONGRATULATIONS to my sweet friends, the Burroughs Family, on the sale of their home & purchase of their new home!!! Yes - both!🎉🏡

Karlie reached out to me to tell me moving was on the radar, they LOVED their home that I sold them just a few years ago. They put their full faith in me in 2022 when they lived states away and bought their home sight unseen. Since then, their family has expanded and they now have two precious girls and as a Mama, especially a girl mama - you quickly learn how much little girls have. 💅💁‍♀️It was time to size up!

From the start, the home they bought was on their radar. We looked & looked and kept coming back to that one. Situated on over an acre, a large yard, lots of extra rooms (aka play rooms for the girls hehehe), an absolute STUNNER… look at it! They took their shot & got it!😍🙌🏼

It sounds easy… which it was as easy as it could have possible been navigating a double move! 😮‍💨 But, they ALL (yes, ALL… even the girls & dogs) worked so hard and diligently to make their dreams come true. Sacrificing hours, toys (to be packed away for showings), getting out of the house for TWENTY PLUS showings, packing, cleaning… like deep cleaning (like Karlie sent selfies late at night scrubbing her darn cabinets), on the run even during sickness… THEY DID IT! 🥵👏👏👏

We got their home under contract after 20+ showings and multiple offers - with a GORGEOUS deal! Waiving most contingencies, above asking price, quick closing date. It couldn’t have worked out more flawlessly! ✨🥳

The home they purchased was also *chefs kiss* 😘🤌- the sellers and listing agent were wonderful to work with! Throughout the process we were able to negotiate to be able to get them a great house with great terms!

I am so so proud of this family! I have been excited and loving to see how much this extra space changes all of their lives! 🫶

But our treasure is at the end of a driveway.🌈

The real treasure is my babies playing in the yard, Corey pulling into the driveway after work, family dinners on the porch, and all the memories we’ll make in the years ahead.
It’s official we have a sign at the start and our future home at the end of our driveway!💚

Honestly, it’s the same type of lucky feeling I get to help my clients find this type of treasure of their own.

Feeling extra lucky this St. Patrick’s Day to build our own home while helping others find theirs. 🍀🏡

Just a little sweet angel man who has been working his diaper off!🤍🧷

My sidekick helped mama get THREE homes under contract this weekend!! He was so patient and perfect for his mama as we had multiple showings, negotiated multiple offers & was so good for his mamas dozens of phone calls! We even went on a couple listing appointments together in the past week!

It’s funny, a few weeks ago, before Carson’s 4 year well visit at the doctor we completed her questionnaire. One of the skills was to recite a phone number. I have NEVER taught Carson a phone number, or my phone number. She immediately recited “712-3291.” LIKE HOW! I was SHOOK TO THE CORE. She’s heard her mama leave a voicemail, or two.😅🤭

I am living on a high right now, what an exhilarating week! I LOVE being busy!!🏡🤍

So thankful for my babies & husband & family & support system for their help and cheering me on!
