2 months ago this was dark basement. We also like to do the bathrooms the correct way and actually Jackhammer up the floor and run the plumbing underneath the concrete into a tank that's also dug out and located in the floor. We avoid using the special toilets and platforms to build them up on to run plumbing and having above grade tank. Just completed in a beautiful house in cornfield point.

Here are some before pictures (which I always forget) , progress pictures, and pictures of the completed project. It was nice to go back to our roots and complete a quick no stress project. Started last Friday with demolition and finished this past Thursday. We poured three additional new footings, and we modified the old footings by drilling and hammering in galvanized half inch pins then sleeping the old footing with 500 lb of concrete each. The old footings sunk almost 5 in since the original structure was built. So we really wanted to make sure we went above and beyond with the footings to avoid any further issues. We did a full picture frame around the entire deck this allowed us to not have one single butt joint. We used all stainless hidden fasteners. Trex vinyl wrapped composite decking. We installed powder coated aluminum black railing system. The skirt boards are wrapped with Azek making the whole deck maintenance free. Christopher Bachinski, John Bair, and Brian Thode. Now back to the complicated projects.

1 of our projects currently. Absolutely gorgeous house directly on the water at cornfield point. We vaulted these ceilings and added skylights. Built stairs to access a newly added room and bathroom above the garage. Black metal Ballasters will give great contrast period built a custom bench and storage under the stairs. The bench top opens. Heated floor system. New infinity line reverse heat pump HVAC. We lined the tall cabinet pullout doors up perfectly with the shiplap lines. One pullout is custom shoe shelving, the other is for hangings. The last 2 pictures are custom bunk beds upbthe staits, with all kinds of cool features. It's gonna look absolutely amazing when finished. A lot of carpentry detail included.

This is a pavilion project we are about to wrap up. Just have to add some interior crown molding that has LED lighting behind it. It includes a full wet bar a hand made brick wood pizza oven, stereo system, a smoker, and refrigerator. Standing seam metal roof. All of the exterior trim and moldings are 100% azek. Everything's biscuited and glued and used cortex screws with plugs to fasten for a clean look. . The customer spared no expense. Fun project and beautiful view. We're also just finishing a custom made from scratch privacy fence with removable panel for access to cover the mechanical equipment.
