Debbie Alldredge, Realtor, is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR) and the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors (NHMR). In addition to 30 years of extensive real estate sales training and experience in Connecticut, she has a thorough knowledge of home financing from her five years as a savings bank loan o
fficer and branch manager. Debbie is a past recipient of the Middlesex-Shoreline Association of Realtors®’ REALTOR® OF THE YEAR Award, is a past board president and has served on a variety of board committees. A resident of Chester, Connecticut since 1985, Deb lives with her husband, Kyle. Debbie’s community involvement includes having served on the Chester Board of Education, Zoning Board of Appeals, and as a former Chester Assistant Town Clerk. Debbie has been a Chester Rotarian for more than twelve years, chairing the scholarship committee and publicity. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Connecticut. She participates in area theatrical and musical activities and serves as treasurer and Artistic Director for the Meetinghouse Players. She has served on the board of directors for the Goodspeed Musicals Guild as membership chairperson. In addition to the fulfillment Debbie receives from her family and work, she also enjoys several hobbies. These include theatre going whenever possible and a good mystery novel always.
