Congratulations to my close friend on a successful closing and home buying experience! First time home buyers are my absolute favorite & it felt even better helping out my own friend as she starts this new journey! This was SUCH a process because sometimes things don’t always go as expected but there’s always a better outcome in the end! We were in a multiple offer situation on one home at first and was able to beat out all other offers, everything was going smoothly, then BOOM, appraisal came in $35,000 lower 😩 this caused our first deal to fall through but the way God works, it all came together in the end!
We started our house hunting back up the next weekend after and as soon as I saw this house, I knew my girl had to have it! I immediately sent it to her the day before it even came on the market, she attended the open house the very next day, and I made sure I got her offer in immediately because she fell in love with the property! We were up against 5 other offers, but when you have a knowledgeable realtor to help create a competitive offer, it usually works out in your favor! We got the call that our offer beat out all others and now here we are, celebrating a win! She was really bummed about the first deal falling through but this house was way more of a dream house for her and she ended up in something better than she imagined!
