✨ One Chapter Closed… Another Already in Full Swing ✨
This week we officially CLOSED on my clients’ condo in Macomb Township 🎉
…but here’s the fun part 👇
They already bought their new home in Sterling Heights LAST MONTH 🙌
So yes… they’ve been living the dream (aka boxes everywhere, wondering where the scissors are, and asking themselves why they own 47 random cords 😂).
AND because real estate isn’t just contracts and keys…
👉 We picked up his new keys and delivered them to his job
👉 AND helped him move
Because sometimes “full service” means showing up in ways you didn’t even know you needed 💪🚚

Tomorrow is International Day of Awesomeness… which feels like the perfect excuse to show off something pretty awesome. 😎🏡

I’ll be holding the model open at 48262 Applegrove in Chesterfield,MI 12-4 and I chose this one for a reason… it’s awesome.

Great layout ✔️
Beautiful finishes ✔️
Easy condo living ✔️
And the kind of place where you walk in and immediately start picturing where your furniture will go.

But here’s the thing… there are only a few condos left.

Forgive me for being a little AWOL… I have a TERRIBLE case of “the ick.” 😩🤧

Like… knocked-on-my-butt, who-even-am-I, why-does-my-head-weigh-47-pounds kind of ick.

Coughing.
Fever.
Head so stuffed I can hear myself blink.
Sleeping like it’s an Olympic sport.

I can function for approximately 6 productive minutes before I need to sit down and question my life choices.

And before anyone says, “But you’re at the beach!”

Next thing I know, I went from negotiating deals to negotiating nap positions… and somehow we ended up snuggled up, sleeping face to face. 💤👶

This is the kind of closing I’ll never rush. ❤️

Turns out the tiniest humans give the best resets.

Who else thinks naps should be mandatory in every profession? 🙋‍♀️
