Less than 15 days left until we start our Halloween Coloring Contest. Starting October 1, children of all ages can come pick up one coloring sheet and a piece of candy. They can take the coloring sheet home and color it, bring it into the office for myself or Margie and we will hang it here in the office for the whole month of October!

October 28, 2022 is the day of our Halloween Party. I'm excited! Can you tell? What will you come dressed up as?

We're just admiring one of our resident's beautiful porch set up and flowers. This resident works alongside her neighbors to beautify their strip. They do an amazing job. Teamwork makes the dream work! Thank-you to this resident and to her neighbors for making Bay Pointe Townhomes BEAUTIFUL!

It's Grandparents day and we have some amazing grandparents here at Bay Pointe Townhomes and today we celebrate you and the joy you bring to your loved ones. Let's honor our grandparents and grand-friends for their contributions to their families, neighborhoods and communities. Today, is their day!
