Working with first time home buyers, taking them every step of the way to assure a stress free process. Some of those buyers become 2nd and 3rd home buyers. I have the pleasure to

work with many military families moving in and out of Michigan. Helping these buyers sometimes purchase without even seeing the home in person. Not the preferred way but sometimes with their schedules they don't have the time for the search. I go into the homes and try to get the feeling that the buyer would weather it is a good home or not and it has always worked out well. Then there is the seniors that are down sizing or moving into senior living. This is a trying time for them and I assure that they are comfortable with the entire move and transaction.
