Not for my client! Under 30 y/o, negotiated an Oakland County home for $13k under appraisal value, $3k in seller paid, pre-close repairs including a home warranty, $500 lender closing costs, 5.75 mortgage interest rate.*
Congratulations Jacob!

Realtor’s life 🙋🏻‍♀️: earned the NAR Pricing Strategy Specialist designation, first time homebuyer client file submitted to MSHDA for final approval, attended the Ann Arbor Chapter of GMAR’s new office ribbon cutting (congratulations!), Vice Chaired the March meeting of GMAR Government Relations with guest, Michael Fournier-Mayor of Royal Oak, mailed 300 client newsletters, attended the Bay-Rama Board final meeting before the 61st annual fish fly festival and parade (I’m still taking applications!!), 2 listings in the works, helped a dear friend, asked to consult with a special project at the Clinton Twp Moose Lodge, enjoyed the bits of sun we have been gifted. A good week all around. As dad used to say, life is good.
