Second floor ready to be sanded and perimered!
I spent $2000 purchasing materials for drywalling my first rehab! After receiving many quotes on price for hanging the drywall, I decided to tackle it myself! 2100 sqft brick home built in 1914! 10 ft tall ceilings with type X fire code drywall for the ceilings and a combination of 8ft, 10ft, and 12ft 1/2inch drywall!
This building was a duplex that was vacant for many years! Since my vision was to rehab a beautiful home, it only made sense to convert this beauty into a large 4 bed 2.5 bath house!
Next up, finish the drywall on main floor and basement and get it ready for paint!
