✔️A Solid Purchase Price. One that reflects the value of the home and is competitive.⁠

✔️ Reputable Lender. You want to know they will get you to the closing table.⁠

✔️ Proof of Funds. Showing you have monies to close and the ability to cover a portion of gaps.⁠

Why are seller’s still entertaining off market deals? Don’t they want to list and get into a bidding war for top dollar on their home?

The simple answer is: there are many reasons!

Off market deals benefit the the seller who:

🚫 Doesn’t want the endless stream of foot traffic from strangers going through their home and belongings in their home.

😷 Has personal or family health concerns and doesn’t feel comfortable with showings or too much contact.

✅ Has an offer end goal in mind and gets exactly that without ever having to go to market just by reaching out to a few agents they trust.

😌 Is in no rush and doesn’t want the pressure of reviewing multiple offers, going back and forth, and dealing with contingencies.
