I love closing day! 🥳 I am beyond happy and excited for my most patient buyer ever! We finally closed on the house of his dreams after two loooong months. We never know when Mother Nature will hit, but my gosh she came on strong and fierce. Lots of critical thinking and exploring options went into getting us to the closing table, but we made it today!!! 💪🏼
