The One Thing by Gary W. Keller and Jay Papasan is a great read for those that haven't looked into this book. My biggest takeaway is the question it poses that may help you throughout your day and towards your goal.

“What is the one thing that you can do, that by doing it, everything else will become easier or unnecessary?”

Keep asking this question throughout the day to help give yourself actionable steps and to stay focused.

Don’t do ANYTHING else until each task is finished to completion. Do “One Thing” at a time to achieve that ONE THING you want to do that day, or in life!

Habits add up and staying laser focused will help you see progress and get things taken off that ever growing to do list. Like it says in the quote below...there is no reason to feel overwhelmed by the impossible task of doing it ALL because it simply isn't possible.
