Tim joins us bringing a background in sales, home and auto VSCs and HSCs, so he already knows how to take great care of people.

A little about Tim:
🎈 His mom's side of the family throws a picnic every year in St. Louis with a couple hundred family members. Now that's a family reunion!
💍 He's getting married in September 2027, and his fiancée has two kids (19 and 22), a German Shepherd, and 2 cats. Talk about a full house!
🏡 What he loves most about real estate: helping people get what they want and negotiating the best deal for them.

Tim's market area is St. Charles County, and he loves the strong sense of community there along with the vast variety of things to do, from local businesses to parks and wildlife/nature areas.

We're so excited to welcome Danielle Brand as our new Director of Growth!

In this role, Danielle leads our recruiting process and helps find the people who become our next agents. Her path here wasn't exactly a straight line. She started out studying elementary education and even earned her teaching license, but along the way she realized just how much she loved the people side of things: building relationships, helping people find where they fit, and figuring out what makes a team click. A project management internship with an IT consulting company sparked her interest in the business side too, something that was likely planted years earlier watching her dad build his own business.

That combination pulled her toward business and recruiting. Danielle just wrapped up her Master's in Business at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) this past May, and everything along the way, from substitute teaching to internships in recruiting and project management, taught her something she still uses today.

At the end of the day, Danielle says it comes down to being a learner. She loves people, loves hearing their stories, and loves being part of the moment someone realizes they've found the right fit. Whether it's teaching or recruiting, it all comes from that same place.

A few fun facts about Danielle:
🐶 Her dog is named Milkshake
🍣 Sushi is her favorite food, she could eat it every week
✈️ She loves traveling

A quote she lives by: "Being teachable is such a powerful cheat code in life. Be humble. Be quiet. Learn."
