With 11 years of experience as a real estate agent and 7 years as a broker, Drae is passionate about helping agents grow their businesses, reach their goals, and build successful real estate careers. Throughout his journey, he was honored to receive the 2016 Keller Williams STL Rookie of the Year award and was featured in Real Producers magazine in 2019. He also holds a degree in Geographic Information Science, bringing a unique perspective to his real estate experience.

As the Director of Agent Success, Drae’s goal is to support, empower, and equip agents with the tools and guidance they need to thrive. Outside of real estate, he’s happily married to his wife, Debbie, and they have two amazing kids: their 7-year-old daughter, Madison, and their 4-year-old son, Isaac. Drew brings more than a decade of real estate experience and an analytical eye to helping clients navigate the St. Louis market. A born and raised St. Louis native, he holds two degrees from Missouri State University in Community & Regional Urban Planning and Business with an emphasis in Real Estate, and spent over 10 years as a commercial real estate consultant before making the move to residential. Today, he brings that same data-driven approach to buyers, sellers, and investors across Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Clayton, University City, and St. Louis City.

A few fun facts to get to know him:
✈️ He loves to travel! His most unique trip was to India, and in 2026 he added Japan, France, and Belgium to the list
