Andy Horstmann is the Manager for the office at Chesterfield - West. Louis, he worked hard to become one of the youngest Sous Chefs in the St. Louis area, and continued to move up the ranks to become an opening General Manager for a brand-new PF Changs. In 2011, Andrew switched gears from hospitality and took on a new career in Real Estate and has been at the top of his game ever since. With over 10 years’ experience, hundreds of properties sold, and multi-millions in sales, Andrew joined the Coldwell Banker Team in 2020 as assistant manager and was promoted to the Manager of the Chesterfield - West Office in 2021. An avid baseball fan, Andrew is proud to manage the Chesterfield – West team, and act as the pitcher, leading the team of agents to be in the top three offices in the Coldwell Banker Realty – Gundaker brand. One of Andrew’s favorite things about managing and recruiting is the ability to work one-on-one with new and experienced agents, to either set new agents up for success, or elevate experienced agents to the top of their game.
