It was such an honor to have my client come back to me to help her sell the house that I helped her purchase in 2019! This was one of my very first deals as an agent. I learned SO much from both the purchase and the sale of this sweet little Hillsboro Cabin.

As an agent, I have learned that every "issue," is a marvelous opportunity to learn more and become a better. I learned an extensive amount about Septic Systems, wells, codes, protecting my clients, and most of all patience!

This July started out with a BANG! On July 1st, I sold the cutest little Cape Cod House in Webster Groves. The owner happened to be my niece and her daughter. They moved out of state to start new adventures. They take with them, the profits from the sale, sweet memories, and pieces of the hearts of the ones they left behind. They will be so deeply missed.

This Summer has been a very very busy one. As a result, I am behind on my marketing updates. I have had quite a few unique listings with unique situations. I am so grateful to have been chock-full of opportunities to learn new things and grow as an agent! I had the great fortune to work with a friend of 34 years on this deal!
