Soup season is officially in session at Avalon Apartment Homes 🍲

Whether you’re fighting the sniffles or just craving a cozy night in, nothing says comfort like a warm bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup.

Avalon’s Go-To Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

You’ll need:
• 1 lb chicken breast or thighs
• 8 cups chicken broth
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 2 celery stalks, sliced
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups egg noodles
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional: parsley or thyme for extra flavor

How to make it:

Bring broth to a boil and add chicken. Cook until tender, then remove and shred.

Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the broth. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Stir in noodles and cook until tender.

Return shredded chicken to the pot, season to taste, and simmer 5 more minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy the comfort.
