Louis MO since 1986, and have lived in Webster/Kirkwood; Clayton/Richmond Heights; and Ballwin/Chesterfield. I have friends from all over the metro area, and I have been involved in sports, charity and entertainment functions since I moved here from Colorado. This

is a great place to live and I know this city well! Prior to helping my clients with purchasing or selling homes, I worked for the fourth largest advertising agency in the world, DMB&B. My clients were multi-million dollar companies, and my job was to market their product and keep them happy. I believe that those skills are the same whether I am promoting TWIX candy bars or helping you sell your biggest financial investment--your home. My career has many high points, like finding the "This is it" home and getting an accepted contract or when I get the phone call that starts with "Julia, I'm sending a contract over to you." BUT, my happiest rush is when it is closing day and I have delivered to you a successful transaction. Success is just around the corner~
