The right price comes from looking at the market, comparable homes, location, condition, buyer demand and current competition.

Price it strategically, not emotionally. Because the goal isn’t just to list your home… it’s to get it SOLD. 🏡

Yesterday was move-in day at Liberty University! ❤️💙

And just like that, this mama officially has a college student. 🥹

It feels like yesterday Raven was starting kindergarten, and now we’re moving her into her dorm and watching her begin this incredible new chapter.

Raven, we are so incredibly proud of the young woman you’ve become. We know God has big plans for you, and we can’t wait to watch you grow, make new friends, chase your dreams, and make Liberty feel like home.

Leaving you yesterday was definitely harder than this mama was prepared for, but my heart is also so full of excitement for everything ahead.

Life has a funny way of reminding us that home isn’t just a place. It’s the people, the memories, and the seasons we build along the way. And sometimes, the next chapter means finding a brand-new place to call home. ❤️

Here’s to new beginnings, new adventures, and an amazing four years!
