Real estate isn’t always sunshine and sold signs. You need an agent who will go to bat for you, work tirelessly on your behalf, and be honest enough to tell you the hard truths when they matter most. That’s how good decisions are made and successful transactions happen.

In God‘s word in psalms 1: 1-3 it has a phrase that says they prosper in all they do, this does not mean immunity to failure or difficulties. Nor does it guarantee health, wealth, and happiness. What the Bible means by prosperity is this when we apply God’s wisdom, the fruit (results or byproducts) we bear will be good and will receive God‘s approval, ( that’s really all that matters) just as a tree soaks up water and bears luscious fruit. We also are to soak up God‘s word, producing actions and attitudes that honor God to achieve anything worthwhile. We must have gods word in our hearts. 
Lord help me to stay close to you, to do your will, to always be pleasing to you, I know I will fail at times but I will always strive for Your perfection, I will keep running back to you! Amen 🙏
