I feel like all of my previous work experiences help me to be effective for my clients. I completed studies in Communication and Music at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. This was followed by many years of endowment creation at the University of Texas at Austin and subsequent time as an Operations Manager, overseeing operations, marketing, bookkeeping and sales at a small sales compan
y. During much of that time, I spent evenings and weekends as a Classical singer. This combination of experiences helped me to become excellent at process management, to learn the nuances of social media, and to understand the extraordinary power of storytelling. You know how most people live in their houses when they enter the market? As the owner of Successful Sales & Staging by Daytha, I specialize in working with those sellers, within their timeframe and budget, using what they already have in their home, to create a marketable product. Agents find my staging services beneficial because I am also a real estate agent, so I understand the market, what buyers are looking for, and how important it is to present market-ready properties from the start. I stage not only for buyer walk-throughs but also for the camera lens, since most buyers take their first tour of homes on their cell phones. My real estate services are brokered by Relative Key Realty. My job as an agent is much more than showing houses or putting a sign in a yard. While both are necessary steps, my role involves so much more. It includes orchestrating processes, to help clients navigate uncharted territory; it means packaging a seller's home as a wonderful story that reaches and compels a target audience to desire the home; and, it comprises helping a buyer determine which of the houses on our tour best suits the next chapter of their lives. While no path in real estate is exactly the same, my goal is to be a guide, to be honest and to help you keep the end goal in sight. If you want to know what all of this means to me, I welcome the opportunity to visit with you.
