With a Masters's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience building homes as a carpenter, Mark can assess the floor-plan/structural integrity of a home for future damages, in ways that others cannot. Yesterday I did a new construction review and these 3 columns were in the same basement. If your columns are too short, you lengthen them, and then start stacking shims? I mean, what could go wrong with that?

I was out inspecting a new home today and met Megan. This person is an inspiration as the Construction Industry is short on talent. These are skilled trades, they pay very well, but sometimes you might get hot or cold? If you are considering a future career, choose construction. As the collective of our country says "WE NEED YOU"!!!

AND, this is how our developers make green grass detention basins to reduce erosion down into local Creeks. The EPA Legislated the Clean Water ACT which allows our local MSD to levy fines against developers for erosion washed off-site. Our builders can get fines of $40,000, $60,000 and even $80,000 after big rainstorms and the inspections that follow. When consumers ask me how NEW Homes can be $300-$400/s.f. there are reasons for that.

So, this just happened. I made an offer on a house for my friend Chris Thompson, who is a 31 year old male. There were 4 offers. The seller did a Google search on all 4 buyers, and signed our offer. Yay! The sellers agent told me the seller chose our offer because she would only sell to another female, and since my buyer was a nurse too, she signed ours. My client is not a female, and not a nurse. Should I say anything?

On July 09, 2024 Missouri Voted in R.S.Mo 442.404.5(1). This Law allows home-owners to have Chickens even if HOA Rules say they are prohibited. Residents can keep up to 6 Chickens IF they have at least 0.20 Acres or more. Is this a good idea?
