September & October have been VERY Busy months for Homes by Beth!!!!!! 🏡🐝🏡🐝

-Buyers closed on their New Construction Home in Crestwood AND the Sale of their Home in Rock Hill (in a tightening market we were still able to get multiple offers and sold way above asking price!!!!!!)

-Another Buyer also closed on New Construction in Cottleville.

-And a sweet Client celebrated her Housewarming in her gorgeous Ucity home 😍

Happy 3rd of July!!!! Excited to celebrate the 4th 🇺🇸 early by visiting/checking in on 3 of my Clients properties!!

🏡 1st- New construction for my client in Cottleville. We are building with McBride should close in August the Hickory floor plan it’s looking a bit of ahead of the schedule at this point 😃

🏡 2nd- a pre-listing appointment for my Webster Groves clients. This gem 💎 situated in an ideal location close to Katie‘s Pizza🍕, Momos, The Hanger as well as parks🌳 & more!!! It will hit the market in Late Summer. More details soon!!!

🏡 3rd- checking in in Crestwood!!! Gorgeous Expanded Maple …so fun to the part of this journey from the lot selection, and waiting in line in the heat last summer for the lot selection to now seeing it near completion!!! It should be ready for my clients in September. The views out to the nature reserve are stunning, and will be so gorgeous this fall when they move in!!! 🌳🍁🍂

Who is in YOUR Corner???!!!! Today I was reminded on how important your LOCAL Community Professionals are when YOU are Buying or Selling a 🏡!!!

In these days of Zillow, OpenDoor, Rocket Mortgage etc. people don’t realize they are dealing with entities who might not even be working on the same Time Zone!!! And who don’t have the same level of commitment to YOU, Your Family, Your Wallet, or Peace of Mind as your Local Professional DO!!!

Over this past year, I’ve seen the harm that these Internet companies do all while promising that they are saving people money. At the end of the day the deals are are a MESS!!! Closings are delayed people are left homeless in limbo, scrambling for hotels, racking up additional moving costs etc. all because they thought they were saving money on a commission or a rate and ultimately they end up paying more, selling for less & dealing with an enormous amount of anxiety & stress that did not have to happen!!!! Can you imagine you’re trying to close and you’re calling a company in Pennsylvania because you need documents that aren’t there and it goes to call center !!! No one picks up no one answers!!! That’s the reality with these online brokerages!!!!!

Just wanted to pause and say huge thank you to my LOCAL TEAM who steps up when these Internet options drop the ball making sure that OUR Clients are Taken Care of!!!! You all ROCK!!!
