The absolute MOST challenging Real Estate transaction of my career.

And not to gloat, but I could NOT be more PROUD of the experience that I have had with these Sellers! We worked AMAZING as a team, stayed positive, crawled through the muddied trenches together and kept our end goal in mind! 🎯

I’ll save you the drama (and/or trauma) regarding how arduous this deal was. And will instead use this as a cautionary tale on the importance of hiring a knowledgeable, competent and professional RE agent.

Buying and selling a home can single handedly be the most stressful experience EVEN when it runs smoothly but can be down right exasperating if not handled properly.
