Chesterland friends—I need your eyes and ears! 🏠👇

I am currently working with a well qualified client who is searching for a very specific home, and because the right inventory for this type of home is incredibly tight right now, we are looking for off-market opportunities.

Here is exactly what we are hunting for:
📍 Location: Chesterland, Ohio (West Geauga schools)
📐 Size: 2,000+ square feet
📐 Style: A true Ranch with a basement
✨ The Crucial Feature: A wide-open concept layout. We need spacious main-level living, wider hallways, and a footprint that allows for easy access around the home

Finding a large ranch in Chesterland with the right flow can be tough, but I know the perfect property is out there.

How you can help:
Do you, a friend, or a neighbor have a spacious ranch you’ve been thinking about selling? Or maybe you know someone who might be ready to downsize or move in the near future?

Let’s connect! You could be the key to helping my client find his perfect, accessible forever home. Send me a DM, comment below or give me a call if you know of anything! 440-610-0926
