There are some days in the life of a Realtor that they don’t show on HGTV.

My client needed a little extra help to finish cleaning his condo out before closing.

Here I come in my “mom uniform” (read: Tshirt and sweats with a possible Cheerio or 10 stuck to me, trash bags, and muscles).

We made it JUST in time! Condo cleaned out and a seller who can happily close a chapter in his life and move forward.

Bonus comment from client: “You’re a cool person”.
