Announcement time!!! I'm so excited to announce the launch of my new brokerage, Blue Sun Real Estate!
I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years now, and it’s shocking to me how little it has changed. Everyone seems content to just go along with the status quo, do all the same things in virtually the same way, and choose their agents like they choose prom royalty. But with this new brokerage, I’ve decided to do it authentically my way.
This is a new kind of brokerage, founded on a simple promise: to provide top-tier, market-leading service at the lowest price. I’m ripping up the script on how things are usually done and focusing on how they could be done—with total honesty, fairness, and a culture that's both professional and fun. As an example of the transparency I believe in, my commission rates and services are posted clearly on my website.
