During this weekend’s NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Dover Motor Speedway, the No. 91 car driven by Myatt Snider will carry Ty’s name and legacy onto the national stage during National Police Week, serving as a powerful reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering service shown by law enforcement officers across the country.

Ty’s impact continues to be felt throughout Delaware, and we are humbled to help honor his memory in front of millions of race fans this weekend.

After 23 months of site control, Carson Development LLC has closed on the acquisition and financing of Woodland Mills Apartments in Seaford, Delaware. The previously two phase, 98-unit project, has been consolidated into a one phase affordable housing community.

We are proud to announce the immediate investment of $2,000,000 to enhance safety and capital repairs. This was a challenging deal to get to the finish line, but we did it. Excited for the future of Woodland Mills!

Today, Carson Development closed on the land for the future Reese Apartments, a 48-unit affordable/workforce apartment development in Kent County, Delaware. The community will feature a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with private balconies, community center, and walking paths.

We couldn't be more excited to bring much needed quality affordable and workforce housing to our home state. This land closing is dedicated to all the working moms out there.
