Two homes can look similar online, but once you step inside, the differences become much more obvious. Layout, building age, parking, outdoor space, monthly fees, renovation quality, and even the block itself can all change the value and day-to-day experience of a home.
A 1,500-square-foot condo in Back Bay may feel very different from a similarly sized home in South Boston, Charlestown, Beacon Hill, Brookline, or Newton.
Before my buyers start touring, I want them to understand what they are really comparing: which features drive value, which trade-offs actually fit their lifestyle, how location affects daily living, and whether the opportunity makes sense relative to the asking price.
The goal is not just to find a home you love. It is to make sure you are looking at the right opportunities from the start.
