We had an amazing time at the Hopes Fund event at the Doris Dukes mansion in Newport. Our friend Alex Ablon joined us for this event with the most beautiful surroundings and for a good cause.

The Hope’s Fund is cancer research for unusual cancers. This particular event was for women in science with outstanding world-renowned speakers. We are honored to have been a part of this organization for a long time. It’s incredible what they do and they’ve made unbelievable advances in a learning more about unusual cancers.

Newton Single-Family Homes: ↑ 46%
Newton Condos: ↑ 68%

⏳ Average Days on Market (Current Inventory):

Brookline Single-Family Homes: 91 days
Brookline Condos: 55 days
Newton Single-Family Homes: 57 days
Newton Condos: 48 days

What This Means for You

Buyers: If you’re shopping for a condo in Brookline or Newton, you now have more options than at any point in recent years. More inventory means more choices—and potentially, more negotiating power.

Sellers: If you’re selling a condo, keep in mind there’s more competition in the market. Positioning, pricing, and presentation are more important than ever.
