It's still a hot market, and having viewed a few listed properties in the past week or so it is amazing what is being asked for and paid!

Before you invest in upgrades prior to listing, find out what is and is not worth the money.

And before you make that offer, make sure you've done your homework on a home's improvements, "as is" needs and other due diligence considerations.

You, like I, probably receive monthly emails from real estate websites like Zillow and Redfin that estimate your house's value.

These can be very interesting (sometimes hopeful, other times not!) but nothing beats an Fee Appraisal.

But, a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that looks at comparable properties (comps) can also give you a good idea of what your house might be worth in this everchanging market.

Welcome to my new business page! I passed the Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License exam on July 6 and am proud to be affiliated with Star One Realtors(r).
