Today marks a new chapter for Crescent at Chevy Chase.

After years of planning, designing, building and operating Crescent, Landmark Realty is proud to transition ownership to Bonaventure and management to Willow Bridge.

From the beginning, our vision was to create something special in Chevy Chase Lake—not simply a beautiful building, but a community people would be proud to call home. Watching that vision become a reality has been an extraordinary experience.
We are incredibly grateful to our residents, our team and everyone who helped bring Crescent to life.

We have great confidence in Bonaventure and Willow Bridge as the next stewards of Crescent. With the Capital Crescent Trail and Purple Line both on the way, and Chevy Chase Lake continuing to evolve, the future could not be brighter.

Thank you to our amazing planners, designers and construction team, to our lender, and investors who believed in the vision; to the management team that has made Crescent run so smoothly since opening in February 2024; and, most of all, to our residents for allowing Landmark to be part of your home and your community.
