The Best Creole Salmon

I was born and raised in Opelousas, Louisiana
Literally, we used Tony Chachere’s
“Famous Creole Cuisine” seasoning on almost everything.

As of note, this seasoning is made in Opelousas, La.

However, the best seasoning I’ve found is “No Salt” Seasoning Blend with “No MSG”
