FCP was honored to attend and sponsor the Kayo Conference Series 2026 Real Estate Summit — and even more so to have Moriah Thomas Parker moderate a 1-on-1 conversation with Christina Scarlato, Head of Real Assets at the World Bank Pension Fund.

Cristina offered a rare and thoughtful look at how the Pension Fund approaches real assets investing, how her own definition of success has evolved over the course of her career, and the investment experiences that have informed her perspective.

Grateful to Cristina for her openness and to Kayo for creating a platform where these conversations happen.
