2024 was a year of remarkable growth, innovation, and collaboration for The Chevy Chase Land Company. We welcomed 13 new tenants across our portfolio, launched the Ascend shared amenity program, and celebrated three major property upgrades, to name a few.

Last week, we hosted a wonderful holiday party for our tenants at 2 Wisconsin Circle and 5425 Wisconsin Avenue. The party was a hit, full of a delicious menu, a cigar rolling station, a photo booth, prizes and much more!

As we head into the end of the year, this event was a great way to bring together our tenants to express our gratitude and commitment to each other.
