Acquisition Alert! Boundary Companies recently acquired a Data Center Development Site in Manassas, VA. The 40-acre, M-1 zoned sited sits in Prince William County’s Data Center and E-Commerce Overlay Districts within close proximity to several data centers owned by Amazon Web Services, Iron Mountain, and Stack Infrastructure. This most recent acquisition adds over 2 million square feet of data center and industrial development density to Boundary’s portfolio.

Part two of our Earth Day Celebration - Tenants of the Torpedo Factory Office Building and friends enjoyed an advance screening of Trashy, a new environmentally-focused documentary created by local filmmaker Heather Gustafson that documents her year-long journey to create zero waste. The evening’s festivities included a meet and greet with drinks and lite bites, as well as a question and answer session with Heather.
