Lindsay is one of the few agents who has lived in all three local jurisdictions. As a life-long resident of the Washington area, she is well acquainted with the wonderful communities surrounding our nation's capital. A native of Potomac, Maryland, Lindsay studied accounting at the University of Richmond in Virginia. After graduating Lindsay moved to Washington, DC and worked at a large private equ
ity firm. Later she joined her family's insurance business in Bethesda which specialized in the needs for homeowners and businesses. After years of helping people properly protect their real estate investments, she decided to pursue her true passion, which was helping people invest in real estate. Quickly successful, she was recognized as "Rookie of the Year" at her prior brokerage. Lindsay's devotion to professionalism and desire to have the best marketing resources available led her to move to TTR Sotheby's International Realty in 2013. Lindsay's appreciation for the Washington Metropolitan Area has inspired her to acquire an extensive knowledge of the various neighborhoods in the area, always keeping an eye out for new and exciting real estate investment opportunities. She has helped her clients both with investments and home purchases in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. She also specializes in assisting first time home buyers. Lindsay prides herself on customer service and the ability to find just the right home for the prospective homeowner. Lindsay currently lives in Bethesda with her husband Steve, and two sons, Tildon Chase and Matthew.
