Hello everyone!! We're excited to announce we're extending our branches and are looking for a dependable individual(s) to help grow with our family to continue helping us serve our greater community!

JK’s Lawncare & Snow Removal is currently hiring for a full time laborer position. Not really interested in seasonal or temporary
Must at least be 18yr old + (clean driving record)
Hours: 40+ Per week
Monday-Friday some weekends as needed

Pay: 15-$25+ hourly
(DOE)Depending on experience
(PBP) Paid by performance

JK’s Lawncare & Snow Removal is looking for motivated and dependable individual(s) to join our growing team for the 2026 season. We’re hoping to find the right candidate(s) to fill this position permanently.

This position involves a variety of outdoor landscaping and property maintenance tasks, working with a team to maintain and improve residential and commercial properties throughout the area.

Responsibilities:

•Perform weekly lawn mowing and trimming tasks
•Assist with spring and fall cleanups including leaf removal and debris cleanup
•Help with landscape construction projects such as sod installatios, rock installation, irrigation repairs,maintenance, installations etc.,
•Operate landscaping equipment such as riding mowers, push mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, snow machine equipment, shovels and other various tools
•Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment and trailers
•Drive company trucks and pull trailers when needed (if qualified)
•Maintain a clean and organized work vechicle and environment
•Follow safety procedures and company standards on job sites

Requirements:

Ability to complete tasks in timely fashion
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions heat, cold, wind, rain etc.
Strong work ethic and reliability, Also the
ability to lift 50+ Ibs and perform physical labor repeatedly
Experience not needed but is a plus
