If your house isn’t selling… there’s a reason. And no—it’s not just “the market.”
Here’s what I’m seeing over and over right now
1- It’s priced too high
I’ll be honest with you, buyers today are not overpaying just because you want them to. If it’s not priced right, they won’t even walk through the door. And the longer it sits, the more they start wondering what’s wrong with it.
2- It’s not showing well online
Your first showing is always online. If your photos, staging, or curb appeal aren’t catching attention in the first few seconds… buyers scroll right past it like it never existed.
3- There’s no real strategy behind it
A sign in the yard and throwing it on the MLS isn’t a plan. You need intentional marketing, strong exposure, and someone actually paying attention to what’s working (and what’s not).
