This last week reminded me why I love what I do. 🫶🏼

JUST SOLD 🔑 My new build buyers officially closed! They got a $20K builder incentive AND a 3 year builder warranty instead of the standard 1. New construction can feel like you just take whatever the builder offers, but you’d be surprised what’s possible when you ask! And I got some awesome new neighbors!

My buyers who went up against another offer and came out on top. Multiple offers are stressful, and they trusted me through every single step. Getting to tell them the news was the best part of my week!

My military family who bought their home sight unseen. I kept an eye on the house for them until they could get here, and this week they finally walked through the front door for the very first time! Being their eyes and ears from afar and then getting to see them in their new home is so special!

And the texts from past clients just checking in. A new paint color, a big renovation, a kid’s birthday party in the backyard, or even just that they love their new neighbors. I love that they still think of me when life happens in the homes we found together!

Those are the moments that keep me going. I get to be there before it feels real, help people figure it out, and then get little glimpses of the life they build after the paperwork is done 🥹

That part never ever gets old!!

Okay so this is NOT my most polished video 😂 Just me in my car after the county office because I literally forget how to do this every single year!

Today I picked up my Wyoming plates for the new car I bought in Colorado. Whether it’s new plates or renewing your tags, I walked through exactly what I did so you don’t have to guess like I always do since 2014 🙃

Military fam, especially if you just PCS’d to FE Warren or bought a car out of state, this one’s for you!

Save this so you have it next year (future me will be using it too!) and send it to a friend who’s about to deal with the registration chaos.

Living in Cheyenne comes with a few very specific local fears. 👻

The kind where your recycling bin takes off down the street, I-25 south closes right when you’re headed to Colorado, or the 2 Doors Down line is already out the door, is enough to ruin your entire day.

Some of these are dramatic. Some are painfully real. All of them are total nightmares if you’ve lived here long enough. 😅
